We are looking for :
A skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team and operate our state-of-the-art TRUMPF Bending Machines, specifically the TRUBEND 5085 and TRUBEND 5130 models.
Job Overview:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining the TRUMPF TRUBEND 5085 and TRUBEND 5130 bending machines, ensuring precise, high-quality bends in metal components. The role involves reading blueprints, selecting appropriate tools, conducting quality checks, and ensuring the machines are running efficiently to meet production demands.

• Operate TRUMPF TRUBEND 5085 and TRUBEND 5130 bending machines.
• Set up and adjust the machines for different bending tasks according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Select and load the correct tools, materials, and dies for each bending job.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any irregularities or malfunctions.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Document machine settings, production quantities, and other relevant data.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably with TRUMPF bending machines (TRUBEND 5085 or TRUBEND 5130).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Solid understanding of bending processes, tolerances, and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise work.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to work in a safe environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:
• CNC programming experience in BOOST / TECHZONE software.
• Experience with TRUMPF TRUBEND bending machines.
• Experience with TRUBEND Cell 5000 is an advantage.
• CNC programming experience.
• Additional certifications or training in machining or manufacturing operations.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to weight.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
