Open Positions

1. Registered Nurses (RN)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and nursing support.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Educate patients and families on healthcare management.

2. Healthcare Assistants

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities.

• Support nursing staff in delivering patient care.

• Monitor patient wellbeing and report concerns.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within care settings.

• Assist with mobility and personal care needs.

3. Allied Healthcare Professionals

We welcome applications from qualified:

• Physiotherapists

• Occupational Therapists

• Radiographers

• Laboratory Technologists

• Dietitians

• Medical Technicians

• Other licensed allied healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional services within your area of specialization.

• Maintain patient records and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Adhere to German healthcare standards and regulations.

4. Live-In Caregivers

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and support to elderly or vulnerable individuals.

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.

• Support medication reminders and basic household tasks.

• Promote client wellbeing, safety, and independence.

• Maintain respectful and professional relationships with clients and families.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary

€1,800 – €4,500 per month
(Approx. KES 270,000 – KES 675,000)

Requirements

Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants & Allied Healthcare Professionals

• Age: 21–40 years

• Relevant qualification in healthcare

• Valid professional certification where applicable

• Minimum relevant work experience preferred

• B2 German Language Certificate (Mandatory)

Live-In Caregivers

• Age: 21–40 years

• Caregiving experience is an advantage

• Compassionate and patient-centered attitude

• Ability to live and work with clients where required

• A2 German Language Certificate (Mandatory)

General Requirements

• Valid Passport

• Updated CV/Resume

• Educational Certificates and Transcripts

• Professional Registration/License (where applicable)

• Police Clearance Certificate

• Medical Fitness for Overseas Employment
